- Gentle fruity aromas of peach, nectarine, apricot, orange pith laced with Manuka honey.
- A bold fruity start to the palate with flavours of apricot and stone fruit. A dry, medium body and texture with developing umami and a slight tang of sour lemon on the finish. A sake to sit down at the dinner table with, as the umami flavour components are a great match for all the protein elements on your plate.
- Drink alongside grilled steaks and barbecued meats, Korean-marinated pork and bulgogi. This sake will suit slow braised winter dishes like lamb shanks and hearty beef casseroles and try with Chinese stir-fried chicken dishes. Sit down with Pizza or paella or a beautiful platter of hard cheese, salami and a rich paté.
- Serve chilled, room temperature or gently warmed, this is definitely a sake that you can experiment with for serving flexibility. Store in a cool, dark place. After opening keep refrigerated.
