Made from Gohyakumangoku rice, pure water from the snow capped Southern Alps, locally grown organic Central Otago plums which have been fed sake kasu (lees) from the sake production and manuka honey from Queenstown’s own honey producer Tiny Fury.
Rice Polishing Ratio 60%.

Beautiful aromatics of winter plum and honey.
A smooth, refreshing style of sake that screams delicious plum, plum, plum. There is a gentle sweetness that wraps around the palate but the base is a clean, dry style of sake so a precise, crisp finish is assured.
This is a great sake to have as a refreshing aperitif alongside some small bites such as vegetable crudités and dip or a soft cheese like camembert or brie. It’s equally at home with white fish, braised / poached chicken dishes, vegetarian lasagne or a pea risotto. It’s also a wonderful way to finish a meal alongside some fresh fruit or sorbet. Think clean, fresh, bright and crisp.
Serve chilled and store in a cool, dark place. After opening keep refrigerated.
