Aromas of tropical fruit – lychee, banana custard and melon coupled with steamed rice and some earthy, herbal notes.
Bright, juicy, zesty and full of fruit like banana, pear, apricot, grape and melon. Beautifully chewy texture with umami coming through and well-balanced alcohol.
Food matches – Seafood both fresh and grilled, grazing platters of cheese, charcuterie and dips, Pickled vegetables and barbecue fare. Very versatile with food.
Serve chilled and straight from the fridge. Care required on opening as there is intentional retained carbon dioxide in the brew giving a fine bubble when in the glass and oftentimes a loud “pop” on opening.
Keep refrigerated for storage and after opening as this is an unpasteurised product.
