Brewed at Tsuji Honten in Katsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture. The brewery is led by a brother and sister team, Yoichiro Tsuji is the President and his sister Maiko is the Master Brewer.
Made from Akihikari rice.
Rice Polishing Ratio 50%.
Junmai Ginjo Classification; Muroka – no charcoal fining or filtering, Namazake – unpasteurised, Genshu – undiluted.

ABV 15.5 %.
Strawberry yoghurt nose.
Juicy and refreshing sake with hints of the tropics, honey dew melon and pineapple notes. Has a lively zing reinforcing its “Nama” nature and some gentle acidity to cleanly round out the finish in the mouth.
Serve chilled and keep refrigerated during storage and after opening because this sake is unpasteurised.
