A unique and innovative sake having undergone some maturation in a wooden cask that previously stored Bourbon. It starts with a mellow, semi-sweet tangy fruitiness and develops increasing umami, hazelnut, coconut, vanilla and dark chocolate flavours.
Food matches – Try alongside your favourite cheese platter or as a digestif after a meal.
Recommend serving this sake chilled, but feel free to experiment with drinking this how you would your favourite Bourbon.
Store in a cool, dark place. After opening keep refrigerated.
